Hi Moi
One eye is terrific, do not need glasses to read, other one cannot see nothing.
Life is not easy at times, I can get the other one done, though i have been told I also have macular degeneration, and i have to have four injections, in the eye before they will do it, i have had one, and the next one 11thsep.
I woke up yesterday morning and my right hand was four times the size of other so swollen, i could not even bend my hand talk about sausage fingers, could not move it, hence minor injuries, what a waste of time, well i cannot do bloods or give medication, see your GP, though got a sling, which i took straight of when out of sight.
I had been working in the garden on Monday and i reckon some thing might have bit me, and i did get a rse thorn in my finger, which i got out.
It is a lot better today, but not right yet, always some thing to test your patience lol, could drive you to drink. lol
Yes shopping tomorrow horary lol
Hi Ellie hope uour hand goes down soon. Your right something going wrong. At the moment my leg is giving me gib, but the last time I told my gp the cheeky bugger said "I believe your lucky to still have it " yes I know I'll just put a presure shocking on it then. But these minor injuries take our minds of the big C, well it does me. Any way enjoy your shopping tomorrow. My day out tomorrow is 3 hours in the hospital. Take care xx

Oh Ellie I've just had a phone call from Clattabridge I'm actually having a face to face on 24/9/24. Only had 2 face to face in all this time since before the lock downs. It's also a new to me oncologist. The mind bogles. The start of my next stage. So here we go, onwards and upwards. XX
Moi
Right who is the face to face with then.
Think a phone call your nurse or oncologist's sectary, to confirm, why.
Could be for results of your pet scan, and talk about you coming of the treatment, like you was told, you just need confirmation, to stop your mind going into overdrive.
Yes I've got the oncologist name it was her security who rang me and explained it to me. She wants to meet me as we haven't met before and she will be taking over my care. If they hadn't done this I'd have had to go over to Clattabridge Wirral which is an hour away. The new lady is in Liverpool Clattabridge, which is about 15 minutes away. There is also a letter in the post. Your right as usual Miss Ellie, I'd just come of the phone, told Ray then you. I'm ok with it now I've let it sink in. THANK YOU.XX
MOI
Thank you Moi. You are right about faith and hope. I am trying to hang on to them and definitely feel my mood had lightened. I hope your scan and subsequent review appointment goes well. It is always unsettling when the routine is broken. However, there is a good reason to this. I know people who has been off immunotherapy for several years and have no recurrence.
Thank you Ellie, you have been through so much. I am trying to hope just the dome and gloom voice can be very strong right after bad news being delivered.
I have been browsing plants website and planning some winter planters.
I hope your hand is getting better soon. Take it easy
Ellie please be careful that you haven’t got an infection in your hand, especially if you have had a thorn in it. I do wonder what our minor injury unit is actually for? Can’t get a doctors appointment so they tell you to go minor injuries, who tell you to go to GP. It’s a good game isn’t it. X
