Hi Ulls, You just take it easy and enjoy Nurse Ulls looking after you. There is nothing odd about it, we all like a bit of pampering every now and then! You just enjoy it!
Ellie, at least you won't have to put up with watching football, it seems to be on every channel! You can get some "Talking books" from the Library to keep you going! Well done Grandad Eddie!

Hi Alana, Wow, soon to be 5 grandchildren, you will be kept busy! I was looking after our grandson today while his mum and dad were at a Charity Comedy Show. We went to the Kelvingrove Art Museum in Glasgow, had our lunch then looked around. He especially loved the Prehistoric Animal section as well as the Discovery Cove section. When we came out the sun was shining, so we had to have an ice cream!

evening Annette, sounds as if you have had a lovely time with your grandson. They are such joy aren’t they. My daughter has 3 boys and my son has a little girl with the newest edition due in about 4 weeks. I am lucky that they both live not far from myself. My oldest girl has been in London since she finished Uni, but comes home as often as possible. Hope you sleep well tonight. Better let Lilly out for a few minutes before she settles down for the night.
Love Alana and Lilly x
Hi Alana, Yes it was a lovely afternoon. Our son text earlier to say he got a blow by blow description from his son about the afternoon! So that was good. His mum had offered to get tickets for the local travelling Circus but I said thanks but I'd find somewhere else to go!! He told his dad it was way better than the Circus!! You are right, they bring such joy into our lives. we are also lucky, they all live near us! Our granddaughters went on holiday on Friday, the older girl has a mobile and since they left, I've had over 20 texts, 3 videos and 5 pictures! It is magic! They are in Filey.
I do hope I get some sleep tonight and everyone else does too. Tomorrow will be a new month, so a new Chit chat Post!
Love Annette x
