Lovely Morning Chit-Chat-Thread - June 2024

Glad your  feeling a  little brighter.

I have been pottering, opened my conservatory, the warmth was unbelievable, watered all my plants, and swept the floor.

Bed changing day, so  another job done.

I have nurses coming in tomorrow, that was not on my agenda, was gong to cut grass. Suppose all depends what time they come in.

Warm here though grey looking.

We have full sun few clouds, it's 19 degrees, had to come inside after Daughter went home to hot.

19 here though no sun, yes warm but nice.

Must not complain autumn will soon be here lol

16 degrees here but really windy all day. Good day for getting the washing dried outside. Bloods tomorrow and Hospital on Friday for injections and tablets. Received my invitation letter for my State Pension today. Grand it can be done online. Mind it is a reminder that time waits for no man (or in this case woman).

Well every one is busy this week, do not spend your pension all at once, had mine a while.

I was at hospital Friday gone, just had phone call can i go in next week, for cataract surgery. I  had ct scan Sunday, have nurses coming in tomorrow, a nurse phoning me Thursday and Hospital Friday, i  shattered lol and thats just thinking about it..

Not much of a social life have to say.

Great news about your cataract surgery Ellie. Apart from the Concert at the end of this month my social calendar is pretty empty too for the next few weeks. Oh well enough sport on the tv to keep me out of mischief. Can’t wait for the Olympics and Wimbledon

My social life has done a walk a long walk.

I like the Olympics, not struck on Tennis, though i like, Snooker, and  Rugby. ready  later  snooker, and Ruby..

About time, need both doing has been a real struggle, i might see how many more grey hairs i have, and any wrinkles lol
