Hi Ellie, Sorry, I didn't realise you were talking of your roof being old, I thought you were talking about your umbrella. That's why  I was talking about my  umbrella that I've had for ages, but it still looks brand new because it is impossible to use an umbrella ( Ulls, not skis ) with crutches!

Hi Annette are you packed and ready for your break, I hope the weather is better than forecast for you, though i'm sure you will enjoy your break anyway. Going to Fort William next Saturday after my brain scan, hope it's a good idea, to see family, my auntie and her partner are celebrating 60 years together, never married due to being a same sex relationship. Have a great time both of you.

Hi Eddie, Yes all packed and ready. All I need is a bit of sleep! You are right, the weather doesn't bother us, we are geared up for it as we are used to it!

Fort William will be nice as the weather is meant to be getting warmer from next weekend and about time too! It is nice you are visiting family, that makes all the difference!

My auntie is an amazing lady, as is her partner, the closet couple you could ever meet, though putting up with all the crap they have had to because of their sexuality made their bond stronger, but thankfully people's attitudes are much better know, love going to see them and have done so every year at least once for 40 years, Hope you got your bit of sleep, have a wonderful time both of you,

How things have changed over the years, especially towards same sex couples,

Well good morning all, sun is shining, bright but cold, nice day for a walk.

Bone tablet taken, now prepping breakfast, all most time to wake my spouse.

Morning Ulls, that's true thankfully, though i think we can agree a lot of changes have been for the worst.
