What a lovely day, we have here, hope it last, supposed to, though will not hold, my breath.

Nothing planned, tiler in, and buy, i am tea lady.

Might tidy a few draws out, while siting, who knows.

Hope every one, is well, and what ever you do, today, your choice .some thing or nothing. x

I am lucky, I look very young. I eat particular food and it helps with my BP.

Hi Lindasue, good luck with your appointment  Old life, I miss mine at times. My new life its  different as it is for us all. As for funaral song, mine is all sorted, everything. Did that a few years ago and that's out of the way, so family have no worries.  Fingers crossed for a good result today. Be kind to your self. XX

Hi arvisnims people always don't believe I'm 70, but feel 90 at times. Interesting what foods are you eating, will try anything to control my blood presure.  Have a good day xx

Good morning Ellie,  nothing much on today. Might go my sisters this afternoon, done my house work, well all I'm prepared to do do today.lol. My voice keeps going and coming back, aparently it's all part and parcel of my cancer so there you go. I'm very good at croaking lol. Hope you have a good day xx

I do get into trouble with BP but spicy stuff helps.
