New month, new thread.
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
Hope this is to everyone's approval.
Thanks.
You certainly needed it, you've got your house back for the weekend, I always felt in the way when workmen in the houe, even though I stayed out the way. Enjoy your weekend. I know I said some rubbish talked about on chit chat but as you said we support others expecially new people on the incurable site, so we don't need computer errors on here. Have a good sleep and chat tomorrow. XX

Hi Ellie, Enjoy your weekend, workmen free! Quite right you deserve your large glass! I wonder if you read the post "Message In A Bottle"? It upset me earlier. Why put Formermember then show someone's reply that says "Hi Daloni".It just brought back so many memories for me!
Hi Moi, Yes I felt in the way too when we had workmen in. Not only that but you don't feel the house is yours. You have to get dressed before they arrive and can't have a shower and relax until they have gone. However it is worth it in the end!
Have a great weekend everyone, although we are back to -2 tonight so we will have ground frost n the morning, I hope all my plants and bulbs coming up will survive!

Hi i have not had a shower in the house since Monday, and will not have one till end of this week.
Your right i have been up 5.15 every mooning, to get myself sorted, and dressed, getting to old for all this.
Though had to be done, never had so many men in my house, though all very nice people,
I owe you an e mail have not forgotten.
How you are well xxx
Hi Eddie, No I haven't heard or read anything about that. I just hope, if that's the case, they look at the Executives first and not the Professional Staff. Maybe some of the many volunteers could ask at the House of Lords for some of them to contribute some of their £300 per day expenses, it's shocking!

RHi Ellie, No rush, I know you have a lot on! Here's a new thing, the radiographer told me they now have new stoppers for the bottom of sticks and elbow crutches. It seems his wife has OA and thinks they are great. We went into the Mobility shop and I bought 2. They are sprung and have less impact on your shoulder, neck and back because they soften the impact as you walk. Unfortunately you can't get them on the NHS and they were £12.50 each!
I hope you take advantage of having no workmen Saturday and Sunday and have a long lie!
Love Annette x
