Start of another week, wonder what it has in store, always some thing./

Weather bit dull, so far, need more and more sun shine.

Any one with any appointments, hope they go welli only have a blood test coming up, so far.

Makes you  wonder at times, why life can be very hectic, my calendar, has so many appointments, coming up, no wonder we get worn out, its not just age.

I'm at the phoenix outpatient this afternoon weight, blood pressure,bloods and a chat with one of the team, next Monday appointment with oncologist.

Good morning all,  well Ellie  the sun is out here could be a nice day, I hope. Have shopping to do, walk in the park, a slow one  as I'll be using my walking stick again. Left hip really playing up. Gp talking about an injection in it eeeeeeeee don't fancy that but needs must. Anyway I hope you have a good day xx

Morning all, only just awake after a not sleeping all night , back to oncologist Wednesday, but today is dog walking day, ho how the other half live.

It's been very sunny and warm yesterday and today, up to now.

Enjoy your walk, my knees won't let me go fast either, I'm just a senior middle aged crock.

A good looking croc by all accounts. 

Then you deserve to be just getting up,  enjoy your walk. It is raining here, at moment.
