Good morning all . Feels very warm here today but its been raining. Just had a cup of tea, don't think I could eat anything just yet, will have a boiled egg and solders later.. I hope your all OK. Lee did you have your chemo or was it left for a later date. Anyway have a good day xx

Hi, We are off to Benidorm! It is not as hot at this time of year as it is their winter but it is a lot hotter than here, which wouldn't be difficult! I can't take the heat there in Spring & Summer, so we normally go at this time, plus somewhere else in Sept/Oct. In summer we tend to stay in UK. There is always space in my suitcase, so just meet us at 04.00 at Glasgow airport!

Wish I knew you were going to Beni we would have joined you, we like going in September/October as well, temperature nice for walking about in. I hope you have a wonderful time.

Hi Ulls, Now wouldn't that be lovely. We always go to Benidorm in Feb/Mar and In Sep/Oct we normally go to Salou or Barcelona as Benidorm is too busy in September and it is still a bit hot for us. Benidorm is good for walking because it is flat and the Prom goes on for miles.

So next year that's Moi, Jac, Mr&Mrs Ulls and us! Anyone else wishing to join our virtual tour is very welcome indeed!

We've been to Barcelona and enjoy it, never been to salou.

Salou is lovely and mostly flat. The prom and beach are really nice too. About 4 or 5 years ago, they spent a lot of money upgrading the prom as well as making some of the streets into Pedestrians only streets. Also it is not as long on the flight only just over 2&1/2 hours from Glasgow Airport! It is worth a visit!

Glad you got home, thier is no place, but home.
