Hi ulls , not sure myself, I came off steroids a few days back because I was putting weight on very fast and buying new pants, I've had sleep problems a while and at Christie's tomorrow so if I have time will pop next door and see Maggie's about therapy

They will I'm sure I have spoke on the phone and been in for tea n biccys a few weeks back but tomorrow I have a few appointments so I'll see what it brings and also I don't live to far from there so although I'm unlucky to be poorly I'm lucky to be close

HI Bev, i requested mine by applying online to all my hospitals and doing a written request at the same time, be sure to ask for them all as they may only give you the last 12 months. Took about 7 or 8 weeks to get them. You will not get everything and all images wont ne sent,
