Hi Mikel, Good to see you post! But I have a question for you! I remember reading in your profile page you were taking things "with a pinch of salt"! Now you are saying it's too much sugar!! Which is it? lol!
I'm so pleased to read you have no pain! I would call that BLISS! Are you visiting friends in Glasgow or just sight seeing! Anyway it will be better once it heats up as it is freezing just now!
Love Annette x
Good morning Ellie, I take it you will be reading this when you get up! Yes, I went on the Trial Drug to give me extra time and told my family that maybe they'd find a cure sometime soon, who knows! However, like you, I've told them that when I say "no more" not to argue or be sad because in the long run it is my choice and they must respect that!
You will be missing your son now that he has gone after spending time with you. I hope he ticked off the list of jobs you had for him before he left!
To anyone still awake....good night!
Love Annette x
Good morning all. Hope you all had a decent sleep. I've been awake since 5am, try as I may no more sleep so am now getting up. Will have poached egg on to toast and coffee this morning, already had tea. Going to visit my eldest daughter today, she has had that awful bug that is going round, but is better now, thank god. Anyway all have as gooda day as possible xx
Moi
Morning Moi and all! So fed up with the cold weaher and as Ellie has said, roll on the spring. Going to the hospice in St As Asaph today... can't wait! Leah is going to tell me what services they can offer. Like therapy, massage, reflexology etc. Ooh all sound good. Went to a yoga class yesterday. It was not like the high tensity classes I use to go to that i loved but it was good and it was good to meet new people.
I have been given an appointment to have a ECHO ultra sound on the 16th due to my swollen legs, ankles and feet, which I'm pleased about. Has anyone had one of these.
Have a lovely ime with your daughter Moi.

Morning Moi, had grandkids over last night so was worn out so slept well, been for a walk with dog, no breakfast as the fridge had been raided. Have a mindfulness meeting this morning, then farm shop and kids "nearly 40", are taking me out later for cake and tea at a garden centre,

Sons washing Machine broke, so yes, have two bags of washing to do for him, so i am washer woman washer woman. today,.
It is getting lighter of a morning i noticed.
I am sure i should have been born into royalty and be waited on, or am i dreaming. oh yes woke up.
Hi Judy, it's cold here as well. Had an Echo ultra sound about 10 years ago on my heart, very similar to an ordinary ultra sound, nothing to worry about. I live in walking distance to local hospice, I haven't been recommended to go yet. The yoga sounds good. Glad you enjoy it. Have a good day xx
