No it is not like those programmes, it is all about Midwife, in the community, set in the 1960 to 1970, is a drama, but based on her books.

Oh yes beards need trimmimg, they are very fashionable now. The procedure sounds daunting but if it helps to enjoy food agian, it's worth it.

I was thinking of going to my yoga class but I don't think I'll make it I wasn't too bad when I fell on the soft grass but I landed on the hard pavement. so I have a feeling I'll be sore tomorrow. Lesson learnt, I'm not as agile as I use to be when I was climbimg Snowden and Moel Famau. Grant keeps telling me to grow up

Well Well , Looks like things have calmed down.

How comes i slept from 12.pm till 6.30, got up when to the toilet, back to bed straight back to sleep. just woke up. though lying there thinking i could just go back to sleep.

Having my first cuppa, lovely, few small jobs today., yes 3 lots of company, so i know today, know one rings my bell, lol.

So get my jobs done, and then this afternoon, 40winks, as my parents used to say, err i do wonder at times.

Hope any one with appointments today, all goes well.
