too many Capricorns lol. I had a good birhday...enjoyed my massage. going to visit my sister in law today in Wallasey then calling in at our favourite pub, the Irby Mill, on the way home to meet up with old friends. I'm afraid I can't eat what I want anymore 
I have IBS symptons (which hasn't confirmed yet) i use to love my food. But may have some chips at the pub.
We are all fed up with cold!! I didn't know they made electric throws...now that sounds so cosy!!!! going to have a cuppa too now. Take care xxxx
