Well folks house work done washing just finishing so the day is mine now, haven't  a clue what to do with it. Lol. I think coffee and a think, nothing to strenuous as hip playing up, but we must keep moving stay still to long and I might seas up. Lol. Xx

Hi all I haven't been up long, missed breakfast so just had dinner, getting ready to go to Asda then to primary care unit spouse has a problem with her ears, makes a change from me.
