The lady my friend recomended runs her own agency she doesn't do the cleaning herself I discovered when she called although her charges were reasonable. Still don't know what to do. Don't want any hassle!!

I don't know Annette - certainly some element of sweet and sour although I'm unprepared to say which dominates. 
We are due to be in Glasgow for Celtic Connections music festival although we've not booked any tickets yet. It will be nice to be there regardless (assuming the heating is working ok
