Hi Ellie my reiki was hands off and was surprisingly relaxing, I am starting a diversionary therapy course at the hospice soon and is available. Heard you've not been too good Ellie, hope you are feeling a little better. I really like my hospice and spend quite some time there but m not ready to move in yet

Hi All, It must be over 35 years now when a student of mine ( I taught Tai Chi Chuan) had been studying Reiki for some time and asked me if I would her Case Study for her upcoming exams, I was a bit sceptical but said yes. Nothing ventured........ She had turned her garage into her Reiki Room, she had sent abroad to buy a special couch and chair, she also did Indian Head Massage but I didn't fancy that. I went 3 times a week for a very long time and really found it relaxing. She became a Reike Master, so I was,in good hands. Bev, there are no side effects except if you allow yourself, it is very relaxing. She moved down south near Oxford and now has a huge country House and has Retreat Holidays.
Afteri was dx, my hospice arranged Reiki and Reflexology and it was lovely. At that time I was still mobile and once a fortnight volunteered to do a Tai Chi Class for the Staff and volunteers. I did it for as long as I could!

Good morning Lee, you are up bright and early! Well not bright as it is still dark outside & haven't slept yet! I had an appointment at the liver clinic yesterday. Problems with my blood count. Then we met our son for lunch. When we got home, I worked in the garden for a while as it was dry.
Today has to be wet & windy here. We are looking after our grandson after school, so I'd better try to get some shut eye!
Have a great day everyone!q night night!!!

Morning Annette i have been having massages for nearly 40 years and was very sceptical about reiki, had my first session last week and it was amazing so will definitely going again. I have also booked a 15 "taster" reflexology session to have before a massage next month, I see you posted at 4am not your usual 1.30am, hope that is a good sign,
Eddie
