That's another thing,  we either can't  stay awake or can't  sleep. On sleepless nights my mind goes on over drive. On down days I just keep nodding off, so just get comfy and sleep mostly. On that more I'll say good night as I'm falling asleep here. Good night god bless hope we all have a good night xx

Here we go again, its Monday the start of a new week, now i will not loss track of days.

I was awake before alarm, went of, though had nearly 7 hours sleep straight of, hooray, happy days.

Ulls has Dentist and i do as well, very exciting, i think not.

I  hope every one has a good day, what ever you may be up to, me going to clean out my fridges, when i get back.

Good morning,  just woke up, got my first cup . Lovely and warm in bed, looks really cold outside. Good luck to Ellie and Ulls at the dentist. Judy stay warm. Taking troyses back to shop today, swop for a bigger size. Sizes are awful bought blue jeans fit great same size in black can't get them on !!!!!!!!!! xx

Good morning to everyone. Good luck with dentisi you are both couragous cant stand the dentist Thoughts are all who have any appointments and to anyone not feeling well. Havent popped in as ive caught god knows what virus i but of course it has to be a very painful dose of what ever it is lol. When its gone i will be back!! lol. xx
