Definately. The further I go on with the treatment the more promblems arise. But I believe it is worth it if what they are telling me is that my treatment is killing the cancer. It's good to support each other along the way. But we have to stay strong which isn't always easy.

That is very true Judy, we all need each othere and it's nice to know there is always somebody here. Been the shops and its freezing out there. So nice and warm and pjs on and nice hot cup of tea. Stay in its cold out there. XX

Hi everyone. Just got back from the gallery. It's freezing out on the coast and my teeth are hurting just getting from the car into the warm. The reserve is full of twitchers running about after something. Apparently a red breasted goose turned up the other day so maybe it's come back. They're a hardy lot those bird watchers.

Snow may very well be on the way. Wouldn't surprise me here.

Whilst lying awake during the night I realised that I should not be joining friends for a few tunes this morning as I've got a cold - at the tail end of it but not worth the risk. A shame really as I can actually play most of the tunes chosen for this week.  Will be a month or so before I can join them again, for various reasons although that includes two weeks in Glasgow for Celtic Connections.

If you've not heard of Celtic Connections - it's a large music festival that takes place in many venues around the city, mainly trad/world. We've been a few times over the years and, apart from the music, it's an unexpectedly great time of year to take a break.

Thinking of subscribing to BFI to find some good movies to watch.

Hi Mikel, We get Amazon Prime and watch a lot of films from them. They're just about to put adverts on though unless you pay an extra 2.99 a month, which we will do, as can't stand adverts popping up every 15mins and ruining a film. The music festival sounds good fun. Enjoy. Rainie x

This thread is about every day life, and we all have a life as such, mine seems to be cleaning and cutting the grass.  LOL
