Shingled and pneumonia jabs

Hi all has anyone been offered their shingles and pneumonia vaccines. I had my flu and covid with no problems. Since then I have started palliative chemo and wondering if its OK to both these new jabs .

As long as they are not, live vaccines, that is what i was told, when on treatment.

Best to check, i am not sure, if they are, i have not had them.

I have not had the shingles as i have just got over, having them lol

Hi do not qualify for shingles jab but many oy my older friends have. Had my pneumonia jab in january my second which according to what i have been told is all that is needed

I have contacted my palliative chemotherapy nurse to ask as unsure if I need or able to as on chemo. Thanks for your feedback its appreciated

Hi, Up to now, I have had all my Covid injections and every year I get the flu jag but I have not taken the shingles or pneumonia jags as I think it would be just too much for my system to cope with!
