Hi Everyone.  I am afraid I can’t bring you good news this morning.  I am still in hospital and despite a transfusion have seen no benefit.  I am waiting on some feedback from medics and they will hopefully be able say what the plan is. Sorry I can’t be more positive today everyone but I hope for better news over the weekend. 

Hope lovely people are all doing ok today and I am sending out as much positivity to you as I can.
