Lovely morning - daily chit chat Thread - no 11

Hi Ellie, Sorry I've not been contributing regularly recently. Remember I had to come home from holiday early and ended up in hospital for 16 days with low bloods and cellulitis? Well even after antibiotics via IV plus a further 3 strong courses, the cellulitis is better than it was but is still there. After a blood transfusion before I left hospital, the last two blood tests are still showing low and I have Iron Deficiency Anaemia. I've had scans, scopes and lots of tests. Now they are talking about iron via IV!!                               I have also been keeping in touch with Ruthjp who couldn't get signed in to the site and tech couldn't help. Just after that she was taken into hospital and after two weeks was discharged home for End of Life Care. She has not been sleeping at night, so instead of coming on here, I have been chatting with Ruth.

Thanks Chalkdust,  I will tell her. I do tell Ruth others are asking for her like Tvman, Ellie, Pet etc as she was on the site for years. It is just a shame the difficulty in posting came when she needed the most support. It is good she wanted to stay in touch, just like Gragon and Daloni before her. I'm glad to be able to help but it is not easy!

So anyway what were you doing up so late? You need your beauty sleep! LOL!

Overcast here, though they say to be 20  Deg today, seeing i believing,  Have a few things on my agenda today, whether they get done, is another matter, but give it a go.

Good morning all like Ellie I'm up late, might have something to do with the whiskey last night, just had breakfast and a cup of decaff coffee, need a second to take the tablets.

I'm sure you'll have a lovely time in Ireland Jac, I really like Guinness 00, perfect when driving later.

I have a few tasks today and a football game to watch, so to you all have a wonderful day no matter what your doing, especially Mrs Dusty.

Hello all, Good afternoon to you.  I am back from my Holiday in the outer Hebrides.  I must say it was very relaxing and we were actually lucky with the weather.  I haven’t had a chance to catch up with all you lovely folk yet but I am going to make a wee bit of time to read back and see how you all are doing.  I hope everyone is keeping well. I have been ok, had one bad day while away but recovered which was good.  Nice to get all that relaxation with another big week of appointments ahead.  I will catch up and see how you all are.
