Sorry didn’t reply earlier Tricia, we are going to Roscommon to stay with a uni friend. It’s 30 years since we all graduated so lots of celebrating. May have a guiness or two and sample the whisky. He lives about half hour from coast so going to coast lots, Galway and Sligo. It’s the beach in Brooklyn if you’ve seen that film? Going with a friend and her husband and Mr S. I can’t wait. Hope you are feeling a bit better today

Morning Jac I havent seen the film but its sounds like you will have a fantastic time. Great to catch up with friends who can remind you of all the daft and fun times youve had. I grew up in the 80s so more of a Bay City Rollers fan and remember nicking VW signs from cars. A fun time.
I have heard of those groups,,we learned a bit of social history in school.
