An ultrasound, is the same they would do when impregnate, when the look at the fetus, it does not hurt.

They press, slightly well mine was, so not get uptight, be over in no time. xx

I'm sure if you explain to the person doing the test, they'll take their time and do their best to help you. Arrange with them that if it's too much for you, they will stop and give you time to calm yourself. It shouldn't take too long to do the scan. Don't worry and put it out of your mind till your appointment. I'm certain you will be fine as long as they know prior to scanning.
