If you want a lot of laughs then you can't do much better than Would I Lie To You. Lee Mack is something else Jac 

Would I Lie to You? It is the best, in my opinion. Especially Bob Mortimer. 

I agree tvman, he’s so quick but can’t stand his sitcom though. AnnaMary. The episodes with Bob are the best especially the one with Chris Rea and the egg! I love him

Jac, I should also mention Only Fools and Horses. I've laughed at many a storyline with Del Boy and Rodney getting into a pickle or two.

I used to love it too tvman but can’t watch it now too cringey! I do still love the chandelier episode though. Watched a bit of AbFab yesterday, I was rolling up at that!

Classics for me i'm afriad, Only Fools & Horses, Open All Hours, Last of the Summer Wine, The Goodlife and last but not least All Creatures Great & Small.

My favourite of all time stand up has got to be Billy Connolly, so glad i got to see him live before he fell ill.

I took my lad to see him about 15yrs ago. When we came out he said that his face and jaw were hurting from laughing and smiling so much. Billy was no different on stage than he is in his dvd's, which I hasten to ad I think I have all of his. He's one of a kind.

The chandelier scene was one of the oh my goodness moments and yes you're right about the cheesy parts. Doesn't stop me watching it though. I think the chandelier scene is better than the bar scene where del boy fell through it

I never watched AbFab at all. I didn't find anything funny about someone with a cigarette in her hand. Sorry, I just hate smoking
