Cor Morton I didn’t see yours, I think you may have pipped Ulls to the post! Are you in a lot of pain and can you manage excercise? I used to run three times a week and stopped with the lung problems. I still remember how much I loved it and how running seemed to set me up for the day. I think it would probably be too much though but I will check on Wednesday

Yes I exercise, both with and without rubber exercise band's, and I walk minimum of 5000 steps 5 day's per week, I don't get much pain from C it's arthritis and Rhumatoid arthritis that gives me the most pain, was up last night at 3.30 ish haven't been to sleep since, had a couple of wee drams tonight, now off to bed, who knows?
