How you doing little-fi?

Not too bad thanks Ellie, my friend organised and paid for me to have an Indian head massage and reflexology in my home. It was such a treat and I slept for over 7 hours last night.

I manged to get out on Friday for a walk with hubby for the first time since 16th Dec as had that nasty illness that was going around. Will go out again today, so nice to get some air and stretch the legs. I was beginning to lose confidence and really have to force myself to make the effort. xx

They do all that at the hospice where i had my Reiki that was out this world, then they gave it to my husband as well, we both thoroughly looked forward to it, was a day out as i used to say lol

What a miserable day weather wise, its not raining men here, now that would change things.

Roll on spring, love new life appearing, mind you it doses mean gardening, well it might.
