I'm selling a TV on market place. Anyway I thought great a buyer. Then she say (after I've given details )
1. FedEx will bring the money to me.
2. UPS will pick it up, she will pay for delivery.
3. I will have to pay the insurance. £86 34 p.
So I tell her Im selling not paying insurance or delivery, so forget it.
Then she says FedEx will take legal action if don't complete the sale.
So I tell her my nephews are police officers and say this is a scam and are looking into it.
So be careful. Had no problems getting things sold since Down sizing !!!!

First FedEx is the goto site for scammers. If she stated UPS will pick up and she will pay, that implies all fees and charges, a misleading event, As to the insurance UPS would be the company that would require insurance not FedEx which is simply a money exchange.
Never give your details to anyone until you have theirs and you have checked them out, Yes a definite scam, Keep all communication in case some one comes back to you about it
