I'd never heard of Jimmy Jones, but just went onto YouTube and had a look. Thanks for the info. There's a man who can tell a joke. My parents had a video tape of Bob Monkhouse doing a stand-up in a club and it was the funniest thing we'd seen in years. It was so clever and sharp. Had only ever seen him host game shows, but he was really a class-act I have to say. Have you ever seen Roy Chubby Brown? I suppose he's not everyones cup of tea but the wokes on Sheffield City Council have banned him, which I think is despicable as they've set themselves up as the supposed arbiters of what they think is acceptable.
