I have to hold my hands up on that. I have a problem with little nerve finger jerks. I think they're connected to my back condition. Sometimes I have larger jerks and I chuck tea and coffee around. Very embarrassing when that happens. I have a couple of cups with lids, similar to child cups. Use them at home only, too embarrassing to use outside.

Toms sister lives 20mins from me she has had rain, just misses this area, we live in what they call a dip, god knows what that means,

Shopping first our friends on his way back from Australia, so starter food for him, proper shop for us. We live on one of the highest points in the city can see quite a distance, but it's a problem in winter
