Good morning everyone, Annette yes I was well gone by 12 actually 10.30 was last time I saw the clock, got up twice, toilet brake, out of bed 6.30, morning ablutions, then breakfast, just woke wife up with the usual kiss on the cheek, she always takes time to adjust to being awake not a morning person, then off to the Royal for MDT meeting.

Thank you Ellie, actually had a reasonable sleep for a wee change so feeling a good bit better today.  Hope you are ok today.

Morning Ulls, my wife is the same in the mornings, she can’t speak for the first hour or so lol! Bless her.  Hope the MDT meeting goes well for you.  Thinking about you.  These things are never easy.

LOL   That's what mine used to say, for god sake you can talk for England, the mornings are the best because he was always up a few hours before me,think he might have been trying to tell me some thing lol well got first laugh of day, priceless xx
