Here by special request, the latest in the Lovely Morning series.
Hi Moi, that must be a right pain. Is there any way you can avoid that happening or is a call to your diabetes nurse a good idea. Maybe an adjustment to your insulin dose or something. It’s not right if that keeps happening. Don’t want to rub it in but I slept very well last night.
It is grey and damp here today, but not raining yet!
I hope you manage to sleep for a bit longer after your tea and toast.
love and hugs

Morning Alive, i slept really good, got up at eight, then went back in bedroom, lol and went back for 15mins.
Just having a cup tea, then shower, then its Sunday, no going out in garden, thats for sure.
Have a nice Day xx
Morning all, hope you are all well. I had a great day yesterday catching up with my brother, nephew and some other friends. A few drinks, football then food after. Certainly a day that was good for the soul after Fridays rotten appointment. WIll have a wee quiet Sunday and go for a short run later. Hope you all have a lovely Sunday,.
