Here by special request, the latest in the Lovely Morning series.
Each to their own, yes it may seem that way, i had a glass perhaps two last night, first time in two months, so not bad.
The men do seem to participate, more in that department, though glad to hear you do maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Once you feel your way about, you will work out, that we are a good bunch of descent people , in many ways.
I hope you get a lot of support from each and everyone of us.
Hi Davef, I think a healthy lifestyle is important but didn’t you know how good fermented food is for you? Wine being made from fruit which is fermented means it is one of your 5 a day and good! . I don’t think you need to worry about how often we mention wine or pubs really, it doesn’t mean we drink a lot, it could even be coffee in the pub!
Love and hugs
Maggie xx

Hi Davef, we have a bottle of wine a month so not excessive. As I say it's my life, what I have left, so do as I please. Hope your settling in OK to the group and have had a good day xx

Hi Morton, It's a small world right enough, I used to go to Inverclyde regularly when I Instructed and played badminton at the Inverclyde Badminton Centre of Excellence. In fact one of the other coaches, (my friends husband) died of cancer, several years ago and there is a bench in the grounds dedicated to him. (Tom Hepburn).
Well I was awake last night but did manage to get. A couple of hours sleep around 7am. When I woke up my husband brought me tea. We left home about 9ish to go to the Beavers Christmas Craft Fair. We got home around 11.30 when my husband told me I should go back to bed for a bit and try to get a couple of hours sleep. I did what I was told for once and got another three hours, I felt like a new woman when I came downstairs! Usually once I am up, I stay up and don't nap. Maybe I should!
I hope everyone enjoyed their Saturday!
Love Annette x
