Good Morning, the Gym, sun shinning brightly here but how long it lasts, enjoy your day x

  I am more playing my music today, hair cut day, lady comes to the house, and have few phone calls to make.

Then i will make my mind up, normally lands up, oh to late now lol x

LOL I only have mine cut, takes about 10mins, though she has just gone, been here two hours, we do not stop talking, being coming here nearly thirty years lol she was a school girl when she started practising, now runs her own shop, though always still comes to me lol,

I must be fortunate Whilst its a long drive heavy traffic, there is free parking right out front, its on the hospital grounds but not attached

After you talking about Maggie's, i did look last night to see where our nearest one is, by car the nearest is nearly two hours aay, and he other is in London, which i could not get to, a walk to train station, then two trains, so out of the window for me, 

The Maggies I've been going to is not that far millage wise, around 8 miles, it the traffic that's the problem, New castle is about 5 Miles away from me not much traffic until you get there the last few miles are a nightmare, nobody gives way and I need to swop lanes. their keen on sounding their horns as well. thake 50 minutes to 1 hour, couldn't possible do it by bus to many changes

Good morning Ellie and all.  It is what I would call Dank here lol.  Hormone injection day for me.  Usually results in some weird side effects for a couple of days. It is all worth it though.  Have a great day :)
