I would like to be considered a treasure. My wife said it is something old that has been dug up.

  • An old Relic is dug up, could be worth a lot, or a load of trash

    But still worth a lot.

  • All depends who digs it up, i suppose, £10 pound is a lot if you do not have £10 pound , i do

Well I have laughed. Lady comediennes and men with bad hormones like myself. A strange group I have joined.

  • There are serious threads here if people need them, or a certain question you may need to ask.

Though this one takes you away, to Fantasy Land some times, and we forget we have Cancer, it is a relief for many.

Well  if you make some one laugh that is not a bad thing, and costs nothing, and you could have made their day.

A good mixture here, we all have good and bad points, but  with cancer we are all the same, that's my sermon done with,

That's a fine sermon thankyou, I look forward to more .

  • Well. Nobbysmith, I did tell you when I welcomed you to this group, you would enjoy it more if you had a sense of humour! Yes, as Ellie said, there are lots of serious discussions too about treatment etc but this thread is a bit of rest bite from all that, just to take our minds off of appointments, scans etc!

Maggie I hope your appointment goes well and your friend can take you!

    Love Annette x

  • Hi Ulls, I’m on hormone blockers too, and it really can effect you, in ways that others don’t understand. I had my zoledex injection today, and apart from it being a huge needle in the belly, it makes me feel yucky for a few days. But the constant head aches, brain fog, hot sweats, weight gain…..The thing that keeps p’n me off at the moment, is all the menopause adds! All you need is HRT! Yeah I wish it was that simple.

Hope you are feeling ok today x
