I'm ok but feel like sh__,  just done a covid test, negative thank god. Must be a cold or something. How are you ? Its overcast here and raining ,so enjoy your sunshine,( very jealous) xx

Wearing one of them is a nuisance,  mine showed I have what they call "white coat syndrome,  it gies high at doctors and hospital appointments  but is OK  ish  the rest of the time. Hope uour OK xx

Oh sorry to hear that, my sister phoned she is in bed fills like Sh.. wanted to know how i was, yep i am good, was going to do so such much but not happened, day went to pot never mind x

both had our covid jabs last night left that bit out lol

Hello everyone. Hope you're having a good day. Ellie - I've felt wiped out since my jabs and have slept heavily and through till it was light - rare for me. Been pretty tired ever since and have really had to make myself do anything. Anyone else had similar?   Rainie x

I was OK with the covid jab, wife still shattered. MS doesn't help.

Both got flu jab Saturday, let's see how that goes.

I felt flu-ey for 24 hours after my flu jab, and my upper arm was red and hot for a day or so. I've not yet had my autumn covid jab. 

I've heard its affecting people like that, I'm just arranging to have them. I dragged myself out to get a new sofa,  all the one's we like we can't have before Christmas! It's only October, all the one's get for Christmas are rubbish, cheap looking. That was in 2 shops so am going further afield tomorrow.  xx

Mine was fine, i have had the same one every time, with no side effects, though sister is laid up today and hers was different to what she has had.

Our covid jab's on Sunday, flu on Monday. We had a make it day today, spouse made lasagna for tomorrow+extra for fridge and Bolognese for later in week. I made cheese and onion pasties, and apply tarts. TV on that's it for the night.
