Doing nothing all day makes me feel more exhausted than being more active. Same when doing really tedious things - like cleaning. Don't do much of that!  Rainie x

Had my covid and flu jabs a couple of hours ago. Went and did some pruning in the garden and then the jets turned up, so have abandoned the gardening. Think it's the US ones as they seem to make more of a racket than the RAF. Lots of practice sorties today. Makes the windows rattle and my ears.  Rainie x 

 I have mine covid tomorrow, No planes going over here , i have swept  my front, lovely day, Now it cup of tea time. x

I have just booked for me and my husband to have our COVID a and flu jabs
