Morning everyone. Woke up to the sun shining in the bedroom window, got up had breakfast, banana on toast and just on my second coffee. My positivity is back (thank god). Going to have a shower dress and go for a walk through the woods and show my husband were I use to play as a kid as our move has taken me back to my roots. Have a good day all XX
Bone scans are not so bad, I get the as well, I cycled most days from around 8 year's old till last year, arthritis in hand's made it a touch problematic when applying the brakes, good job you clarifyed what you going to sort, a cortisone persons dreams went in to overdrive.
LOL I knew it,, that is why i squashed it lol. before it got out of hand,, i aim to please today and be nice, to every one, with in reason. Its hard not being me lol. So spolit your fun, he he not having the mickey taken out of me today,
