Morning everyone. Woke up to the sun shining in the bedroom window, got up had breakfast, banana on toast and just on my second coffee. My positivity is back (thank god). Going to have a shower dress and go for a walk through the woods and show my husband were I use to play as a kid as our move has taken me back to my roots. Have a good day all XX

ellie, same advice as to Richard: live yoghourt for runny tums.Plain ones best - not with fruit - and drizzle on a bit of honey perhaps? Hope the tum gets back into balance soon. Rainie x

Hi Ellie he's out of ICU and on a recovery ward only 2 beds pre room still only 1person at a time, there is a booking system in place, he will be in hospital at least 14 more day's

Pleased to hear that, in the best place now, go forward, but scary at time, went there with my sister. then i had heart attack, though nothing wrong with heart , was chemo caused it, fingers crossed. x

Hi Ellie, ICU is a scarry place, 1sr time for me was Julies heart attack, primary cause diabetes, her heart still giving problems so constant monitoring, a bit like our cancer's, as its a family thing.
