No she has not, bed stripped,washing on ,shower, have felt really good last couple day, Plus my exercise. 

Take it easy moi, go back to bed if you need to, a bit of rest will do you good.

Have no idea what you are going on about, i was talking to Ulls yesterday, good conserveration.

I sometimes have trouble tracking these too.

Probably just me. Q: when I reply to one of the comments it appears to post under that comment but then sometimes my comment moves to a real time place out of synch with the thread. How can you tell what message it was responding to?

Apologies for being a bit thick, I have looked through the help section but it’s easier to ask you. 

Also, if I want to just ask you a question not related to that string do I need to start  new thread?
