Well  l have been given a new medication, nothing to do with cancer well not exactly.

A months supply 4 tablets just read instructions

Take one a week, on the same day and time every time, do not sit down, drink two glasses water, and walk about for 30mins well always a first i suppose lol

If you had the strength to cook a roast you couldn't have done too much.

Get some of that medication down you and start on those 30 mins walkabout. That's going to be kill or cure!

You got it in for me, give credit where it is due, swept front, big tubs dirt and compost dragged along straw tipped out onto borders and wedding that's before the cooking, so put that in you pipe and smoke it.

Think it might be kill, before a cup of tea will have to set alarm and get up earlier, will make me late for my day
