Morning everyone. Woke up to the sun shining in the bedroom window, got up had breakfast, banana on toast and just on my second coffee. My positivity is back (thank god). Going to have a shower dress and go for a walk through the woods and show my husband were I use to play as a kid as our move has taken me back to my roots. Have a good day all XX
i am a bit annoyed to be honest, went for scan Monday, phone call last night GP, got to start on bone strengthening meds ok, does the e mail say i have Osteoporosis , no it does not, just thinning.
Just opened letter saying i do could not make it up, thought it was a good day. x
Ellie, what is another word for thinning (of the bone) Osteoporosis got it in one!
Maybe shepherds pie would be a bit heavy for your tummy! What about some pasta!
No wonder the sheep are running around the hills.......all the shepherds are in pies these days! Baa!
Love Annette x
