Had a lovely walk in the woods with hubby ( no encouragement needed AA). From the hill in the woods great view of the Mersey, Wirral and Wales. Sunny all day here Ulls.

Glad you have had a good day, sick of going upstairs, back down oh no back up, lol it is not funny i have to say.

Sick of water and this diet eat nothing, no strawberry Trifle and i bought extra to eat. will be throwing them away 

Think i may have worked out, what may have  caused it, bought some shops in date till the 12, though when i popened them though they have a slight smell, gave them awash had them at 6pm last night, not sure but maybe.
