Sorry to leave so suddenly last night I started getting stabbing pains in my spine, took paracetamol and went to bed, keept me awake, took more just after 2 woke up at 6 didn't move till 7 waiting to see if they came back, I think I'm ok now 

Hope it sorts itself out Ulls, that was an unpleasant night by the sound of it.

Slightly better, though not quiet right as yet, fed up eating toast lol.
