That's a very impressive parsnip. I hope it tastes great too. 

Yes Sarah I've done honey and thyme roast parsnips so far and that used just about ⅕of it and I think Mrs Tvman is going to make some soup with the rest. I have a few more so we'll not be short of parsnips for the rest of the winter.

Hi Hamhat, I know you won't believe this but we were out last night, the turn sang s Barry White song, wife and I got up and danced to the smoochy song, the turn said you 2 need to get a room, I said we have one and make good use of it, he couldn't sing for laughing
