I was at my GP for some blood tests today. It took them TWO attempts to hit the vein and I've not got bad ones! Not even a cannula either. The usual left arm was rejected in favour of the right. I reckon "Right arm" was just protesting. Dearie me

Hi Mmum it's horrible when they can't get your blood, sometimes I think my vains just go on strik. X

Hi Mmum, I never used to have bad veins, now they seem to have dived below. Last week I had bloods taken over 2 days. Eventually on the 10th attempt a little trickle came out. 6 times the 1st day and 4 the second.
