Mrs Tvman has gone to the kitchen to make a cup of tea. Hope you enjoy yours, I sometimes get up and make a cuppa and relax after that. Just enough time afterwards to catch an hour or two of decent sleep.

I know where you are coming from, I often get this usually about 3am and then its the most awake I ever feel

Me too.  Not got to sleep @ 03:30am today.  Not sure what's going on!  Already done the cup of tea (+ cake).  Shall I go and get another one?

Of course you should. The cake needs to be substantial for it to work!

I didn't go for more tea and cake.  Fell asleep soon after!  

I'm normally awake at some point during the night, last night I was in the kitchen at 2am having tea and toast but I've pain coming on 3 fronts and I went back to bed and didn't pick up my phone.
