As many of you know, we have recently loved to a brand new house. So many plans for the garden.
Decided to make some plans today.
The garden backs directly into woodland.
Leaning into our post and rail fence, admiring the bluebells and amazed at what is popping up.
Hang on, I recognise that plant oh yes, Japanese knotweed! Tears all afternoon. Got it properly identified, ....known as ....that's the value of your your property halved amongst other sayings. Please laugh, I would.
Toodlepip.
Oh no!! Silly question I know, please do not shout at me, but I would be questioning why this didn’t show up on survey ? X
Twice I have tried to reply to your post now !
Ah that posted, ok let’s see if this works now.
I would be questioning why it didn’t show up on the……now I think this is the word stopping me from posting…..it begins with S and ends in urvey x
Someone has told porkies. In discussions with the developer now. Next step planners who should have been told, then solicitors. It's a right xxxxxxxx nuisance!
That is very naughty. Someone needs to be held accountable x
The developers are building three more massive houses. They won't sell them if they don't remove it all properly. We would not have bought the house of we had known. It's the stuff of nightmares.
it's not illegal to have it on your land but it is illegal to let it encroach on someone else's land.We are about three feet from encroachment.!
plenty of professionals to speak to Monday, something will get done but historically it is now on our records, so not good. Toodlepip.
