Went to Wakehurst Gardens, 15 minutes away. First proper day out in the sun. Little drink in the pub just to finish the day. Came back exhausted but pleased to get some exercise. Forgot what life should be like!

We are very lucky compared to too many of our friends in here. Not starting a blog of my life, you will all be pleased to hear, just being grateful.

That sounds lovely. Like you, we live 15 mins from Wakehurst and have been there many times. It’s a beautiful this time of year with the rhododendrons and azaleas hopefully out. Sounds like a perfect day!

Everything was out including all the photographers! We start with tea and cake so we have enough energy to get round! Can't get to the big lake now, would need medical help if I tried!
