I wonder if anyone remembers a discussion from years ago that some cartoons like Tom and Jerry were in danger of being pulled off air because of their "violent" content. Some bright spark, probably a Eurocrat deep in the bowels of Eurocrazy land has come up with the description to beat all descriptions.
My daughter sent us the following screenshot with said description circled in the left hand corner:
