Had a reasonable day, not to much pain or nausea so ventured out, no one around we were very careful, oh to be normal for a couple hours priceless. Not the greatest pics the sun was strong and I had my hat on but still lovely
Hi, Great photos! I'm pleased to read you hadn't much pain or nausea! It is the simple things in life that matter! Trouble is you sometimes don't realise that until you haven't got them! The sun was far too hot for me today! I hope you manage another walk tomorrow!

How right you are, the heat gets abut too much now although I've never been a sun worshipper, but nowadays it doesn't agree with me at all, probably have tomorrow as a chill day, got blood test Monday so maybe go out after?
