Chemo

Hi had my second lot of chemo today just as my count was !ow but did another bloods today as just made it so now on steroids for 5 days and very tired but can not get to sleep.Oh will get over it soon it's being awake in the middle of the night i don't like.

I sympathise! That feeling of utter exhaustion but utter inability to sleep because of the steroids is the pits. I’m lucky not to be on chemo at the moment so I’m generally sleeping a bit better but even so I’m often awake at night. I tend to just sleep when I can and take naps in the day as needed. I make them feel like a treat with strategically placed blankets so I can curl up at the drop of a hat.
